This was one of the tightest sites we’ve ever encountered—hence the long, narrow design of this new home. Despite numerous jogs, the footprint remained within one inch of every property-line setback. A 10-foot basement created three full levels of finished living space, complemented by a drive-under garage and a spacious screened porch offering spectacular views of Nauset Harbor.
